1. Introduction
Ethereal Networks (“Ethereal”) is dedicated to fostering a wholesome, respectful, and safe virtual community where members can freely express themselves in a mindful and uplifting manner. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") are intended to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all people who engage on our social media platform through text, graphics, video, and audio content. By participating in the Ethereal community, you agree to abide by these Guidelines and acknowledge that violations may result in the removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the platform at Ethereal’s sole discretion.

2. Respectful and Mindful Communication 
- Treat all members with kindness, respect, and dignity.

- Disagreements are natural, but all discussions must remain constructive and civil.

- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

- Hate speech, discrimination, or any content that promotes harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.

- Do not post misleading, false, or deceptive content intended to manipulate, harm, humiliate, intimidate, or defraud others.

3. No Threats or Verbal Abuse
- Threats, violence, or incitement to harm against any person, place, organization, or thing—whether direct, indirect, or implied—will not be tolerated.

- Aggressive, abusive, or derogatory language toward others is strictly forbidden.

- Any content that glorifies, incites, or condones violent acts is prohibited.

4. Safe and Wholesome Content
Content must align with the values of loving-kindness, positivity, mindfulness, and wellness. Difficult topics such as healing, grief, trauma, shadow work, sobriety, extremely different points of view, and other sensitive subject matter may be discussed with care and intention. When engaging in these conversations, members are encouraged to provide constructive comments and feedback while maintaining civility, kindness, empathy, and sensitivity toward the challenges and emotions involved.

- Explicit, obscene, pornographic, or sexually exploitative content is not allowed.- Graphic depictions of violence, self-harm, or cruelty are prohibited.

- Content promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, underage drinking, hacking, or fraud, is strictly forbidden.

5. Protection of Privacy and Personal Information
Do not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself or others, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or private communications. Impersonation of any individual, organization, or entity without authorization is not permitted.

6. Prohibition of Unauthorized Commercial Advertising
Members may not promote, advertise, or sell products and services that are not affiliated with Ethereal Networks or its officially recognized business and brand collaborators.Spamming, phishing, or any unauthorized solicitation of products, services, or financial contributions is prohibited. Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or deceptive sales tactics are not allowed.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
Only post content that you own or have the legal right to share.Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property belonging to others is strictly prohibited. If sharing third-party content, proper attribution must be given where required.

8. Reporting Violations and Enforcement
- Members are encouraged to report any violations of these Guidelines through Ethereal’s designated reporting system.- Ethereal reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Guidelines, with or without prior notice.

- Repeat violations or severe infractions may result in account suspension or permanent banning at Ethereal’s sole discretion.

9. Amendments and Modifications
