Ethereal Networks – TV Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ethereal Networks (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Ethereal Networks, LLC, produces and distributes streaming video content focused on metaphysics and natural health.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you install or use the Ethereal Networks smart-TV application (the “App”) on Android TV or Apple TV devices.

We never build user profiles for ad-tracking across third-party services and we do not sell any personal data.


3. How we collect information

  • Automatically: When you launch or navigate the App, our servers and integrated analytics SDKs (Google Play Services for Android TV, Apple Analytics for tvOS) log the data listed above.
  • Voluntarily: You may submit an e-mail address if you opt-in to our newsletter or contact support.

5. Sharing of information

We disclose data only:

  1. Service providers that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality (e.g., CDN, crash reporting).
  2. Legal reasons – to comply with court orders or defend legal rights.
  3. Business transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the recipient honors this Policy.

We do not share your data with data brokers or social-media advertisers.


6. Retention & deletion

Diagnostics and usage logs are retained for 25 months, then anonymized or deleted. Newsletter e-mail addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may request erasure at any time by contacting [email protected]


7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion;
  • Object to or restrict processing;
  • Opt-out of analytics or targeted advertising;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Apple TV users can also manage tracking preferences in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Android TV users can reset or disable the Advertising ID under Settings › Privacy.


8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it promptly. Parents may e-mail [email protected] to exercise children’s rights under COPPA.


9. Security measures

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side firewalls, strict access control, and periodic security audits to protect your information. Nevertheless, no system is 100 % secure.


10. International transfers

Our servers are hosted in U.S. Region. Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect it.


11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. Material changes will be announced in-app or on our website at least 7 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the current version. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Required disclosures for each store

  • Google Play (Android TV) – We comply with the Google Play User Data Policy and will disclose the data types above in the Play-Console “Data safety” form. developer.android.com
  • Apple App Store (tvOS) – Under App Store Review Guideline 5.1 and the June 2025 revisions to Section 3.3.3(D) of the Developer Program License Agreement, the data categories labelled “Linked to You” and “Not Linked to You” above are declared in App Store Connect’s App Privacy section. developer.apple.com
